Your English-speaking driver/guide will pick you up from your riad or hotel in Fes around 7:00 AM to start your journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains.
We’ll drive past Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and stop in Azrou’s cedar forest to see the Barbary apes and take some photos.
Continue south through Midelt and the scenic Ziz Valley, stopping for lunch along the way while admiring the panoramic landscapes dotted with palm groves and oases.
In the afternoon, we’ll arrive in Erfoud and then reach Merzouga, where your camels will be waiting.

We’ll then head to Rissani, famous for its traditional souks and history as the birthplace of Morocco’s ruling dynasty.
